Due to continuing complaints, including but not limited to parking issues, noise complaints, unsightly and unkempt property and unapproved building improvements which go against the Shetlands HOA Deed Restrictions, the Shetlands HOA board approved to engage again with Tamara Walters & Community Association Team as our property management company for the 2025 year. As part of this service, the company provides the Shetlands HOA semi-monthly drive-thru inspections to identify previous violations and to follow-up on previous violations for compliance.  These services also include the mailing of violation notices to owners, as well as the issuance of windshield tag violations for on-street parking violations such as excessive on-street parking, parking in the incorrect direction or blocking of sidewalks.

 

Please be advised that Board approval is required prior to the issuance of letters that contain fines.
